LAHORE :22 July :SHABBIR IBNE ADIL Bureau Chief PakStudy Lahore: The University of The Punjab Lahore will declare the B.A and B.S.C Annual Examination 2012 Result on 1st August 2012. Prize Distribution Ceremony will be held in the Faisal Auditorium New Campus on day of result at 11:00am . The Minister of Education Punjab Mujtaba Shujaur Rehman was the Chief Guest of Prize Distribution Ceremony. PML (N) MNA Khawaja Saad Rafiq and Rana Mohammad Arshad President Muslim Students Federation (MSF), Participation is expected. this year Punjab university Lahore more than 1,55000 Male and female Student candidates have appeared in the B.A and B.SC Exam 2012.

The PU has started advance booking for the gazettes, and 100 copies will be sold which will be available on first come first serve basis. The administration has fixed Rs 3000/- for purchase of the gazette. The desired persons should submit an amount of Rs 3000/- in the HBL New Campus Branch Punjab University Lahore in favour of Treasurer and submit the original receipt in the office of Assistant Controller Examinations (BA/B.SC) and obtain token. The copies will be handed over to the customers from the office of Assistant Controller Examinations (Forms Section) at 6:00 am on the day of result declaration. The gazette will not be provided on cash payment.

Peshawar Board HSSC Result 2012 In Pre-medical group: First position is taken by Muzhda Subhan under roll number 50004 with 1019 marks, second is taken by Saba Noor with roll number 50006 with marks 1018 and third position is secured by Mishal Shahab with roll number 5005 and her marks are 1014. In Pre-engineering group : First position is taken by Saamia Rahman under roll number 59005 with marks 989. second position is taken by Mohsin Khan with roll number 59643 with marks 979 and third position is secured by Saad Saud Jan with roll number 59632 and his marks are 976. In General /Computer science group: Ffirst position is taken by Sidra under roll number 65502 with marks 946 .second position is taken by Rimsha Shabir with roll number 65508 with marks 936 and third position is secured by Farah Iqbal with roll number 65501 and her marks are 930. BISE Peshawar (Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Peshawar) starts functioning as a supervisory body in 1961and is responsible for conducting matriculation and intermediate examinations within the dominion. Gujranwala, The Gujranwala Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (GBISE) has announced the names of position-holders of Secondary School Certificate (SSC) annual examination 2012.

According to the result, Hadiqua Ijaz of Federal Science College Wapda Town and Tahreem Raza of QDPS got first and second positions with 1,016 and 1,015 marks, respectively. While Muhammad Ammar, Allama Iqbal Public High School Sialkot secured overall third position with 1,013 marks.
Punjab Education Minister Mian Mujtaba Shuja Rehman has distributed medals and certificate among the brilliant students here at GBISE Office today at 10:00am.
According to details, in Science Group Boys, Muhammad Ammar Roll No-449433 of Allama Iqbal Public High School Sialkot topped the group by securing 1,013 marks. He was followed by Muhammad Aaqib Sajjad Roll No-431253 of Asaas Boys High School Gujranwala Cantt and Muhammad Affan Rasheed Roll No-455554 of The Educators Shakar Garh with 1,010 and 1,009 marks respectively.
In Science Group Girls, Hadiqua Ijaz stood first by taking 1,016 marks while Tahreem Raza followed her by taking 1,015 marks. The third position was jointly captured by Numra Bilal Butt of QDPS and Rabia Ihsan of Dar-e-Arqam Gujrat who each secured 1011 marks.
In Humanities Group Boys, private candidate Husnain Qaisar Roll No-561756 stood first by taking 954 marks. Hafiz Muhammad Azeem of Govt Mahboob Alam Islamia High School Gujranwala remained second by taking 940 marks and private candidate Muhammad Usman Roll No-563465 remained third by taking 921 marks.
In Humanities Group Girls, Areeba Mukhtar Roll No-470668 of Govt Girls High School Kunjah Gujrat topped the group by taking 976 marks. Second position was jointly hold by two candidates Maryam Saba and Shumaila Rafique who secured 970 marks while third position was also held by two candidates Saima Rani and Sitara who took 967 marks.

Rawalpindi, Girls once again beaten boys in the Secondary School Certificate Annual Examination 2012 held under the Rawalpindi Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (RBISE).
In Science Group, Wajiha Khan of the Asif Public Girls Secondary High School clinched top position by securing 1022 marks. Izza Azam also from the Asif Public Girls Secondary High School secured second position by getting 1016 marks. Hafiza Hira Amjad from the Saint Paul Higher Secondary School for Girls, Satellite Town, secured third position by getting 1014 marks.
In Science Group (Boys), Mohammad Owais of the Radiant Secondary School for Boys, Iqbal Town, secured first position by securing 1011 marks. Second position was shared by Mohammad Atif Khan and Mohammad Nauman Zafar of the Cadet College, Attock. Both of them obtained 1009 marks. Similarly, third position was shared by Abdul Rehman and Mohammad Bilal Ibrahim of the Cadet College, Attock. They obtained 1008 marks.
In General Group (Girls), Adeeba Iqbal of the Dhoke Chani PO Pahalina Teh Kallar Syedan got first position by securing 939 marks. Hafiza Huma Tariq of the Faisal Model High School for Girls, Muslim Town, bagged second position by getting 935 marks. Sehrish Khaliq of the Government Girls High School, Kala Dev, Jhelum, got third position by securing 932 marks.
In General Group (Boys), Saeed Zubair of the Dar-ul-Uloom Mohammmadia Rizvia, Kot Kalan, secured first position by getting 896 marks. Adil Mahmud Malik of Village Kote Kolman, PO Noon, got second position by securing 896 marks. Mohammad Umar of the Dar-ul-Uloom Mohammmadia Rizvia Sohawa, Jhelum, bagged third position by getting 881 marks.
Overall, 122,688 students appeared in the examination out of which 68,925 were declared successful with pass percentage of 62. Out of the total number of candidates 66,732 were regular students, while 45,956 were private candidates. The pass percentage of regular students is 77.46 compared to only 38.94 percentage of private candidates.
